- Eligibility: - A free installation service is available for customers who purchase the WhatsBot module or WhatsMark Laravel Script from the Envato site only. 
- The service is limited to one free installation per purchase code. 
- A valid purchase code is required to qualify for the free installation offer. 
- Free installation is available for installations on one domain per purchase. 
 
- Scope of Installation: - Free installation does not include customization, additional module integration, or migration from previous systems. 
 
- Customer Responsibilities: - Customers must provide valid and complete access credentials (FTP, cPanel, SSH, etc.) to proceed with the installation. 
- Customers must ensure that the server environment meets the minimum requirements specified in the product documentation. 
- A backup of the website and database must be made before installation, and the company is not responsible for any loss of data. 
- Customers are encouraged to follow the product documentation for basic troubleshooting post-installation. 
 
- Exclusions: - Installation on localhost environments is not included in the free service. 
- Free installation does not cover any post-installation support or troubleshooting beyond the initial setup. 
- Any additional plugins or third-party integrations requested by the customer will incur additional charges. 
 
- Timeframe: - Free installation will be scheduled within 2 business days after the required information and access are provided by the customer. 
 
- Right to cancel or free installation service: - The company (Corbitaltech) reserves the right to cancel or decline the free installation service at any time, without prior notice, under the following circumstances: - If the customer fails to provide the necessary access credentials (e.g., server, Meta, or WhatsApp Business API access) within a reasonable timeframe. 
- If the server environment does not meet the minimum technical requirements outlined in the product documentation. 
- If the customer requests customizations or services that fall outside the scope of the free installation (e.g., advanced server configurations, third-party integrations). 
- If there are repeated communication delays or failure to respond within a reasonable time period,. 
- If fraudulent, suspicious, or duplicate purchase codes are detected,. 
- If the customer's website or server violates the company's acceptable use policies, such as hosting illegal content, violating copyrights, or using the service for malicious purposes,.
